Trying to figure out how many forks, linens, or tent stakes your venue requires can quickly become overwhelming. I take over the logistics of sourcing, vetting, and organizing your physical event elements from local rental companies. Available for local NKY/Cincy events or virtually nationwide! What's Included: • The Rental Needs Assessment: A virtual call to review your layout, guest count, and aesthetic vision to build a master rental inventory checklist. • Vendor Sourcing & Quote Gathering: I will contact up to 3 local rental companies, gather itemized pricing, and present you with a comparative breakdown. • Delivery & Load-In Schedule: I will build a detailed load-in and load-out master schedule specifically for the rental delivery drivers to hand off to your day-of contact. • Order Management: Tracking final count adjustments (adding or subtracting chairs/plates) as your final RSVPs come in.
